Custom Made Single and Double Boat Covers

Each cover is designed and patterned exactly to fit your boat! Covers come in two styles - full zipper or strap and buckle.

Full zipper covers are the most popular style for small boats. This cover fully encloses your boat for maximum protection from the elements during travel or storage. The heavy-duty coil zipper zips from both bow and stern ends, meeting at the rigger location. Double Velcro flaps guarantee and secure closure. Velcro rigger slots (specific to your boat) allow you to cover your boat while fully rigged! Contrasting red bow and stern ends, reflective safety piping and sewn-in red tail flags are all standard features. The best option is the Burnham quilted lining! A custom quilted lining provides protection against road and rigger dings, and minor bumps and bruises. While traveling, the quilted lining absorbs the shock and rubbing of sharper areas such as gunwales, washboxes or rigger areas, thus keeping the outer Sunbrella or Nylon in great shape.  Highly recommended for all   those who travel with their shells!

Strap and Buckle Covers for Small Boats are unlined covers great for an easy on and off. They are particularly good as storage covers, as the cockpit and decks are partially exposed, while the hull is fully covered.

Sunbrella is the number one marine fabric. The rich colors are solution dyed so they can't wash out. Plus, they resist fading and remain beautiful for many years. Sunbrella is breathable, water repellent, mildew and UV resistant. It carries a five (5) year limited manufacturer's warranty.
Nylon is a durable water repellent 430 Denier Nylon Pack cloth with one (1) ounce urethane coating. Lightweight, long lasting, easy to maintain.

Cordura - 1000 Denier super tough woven DuPont high tenacity nylon with one (1) ounce urethane coating for durability and water repellency. Excellent resistance to abrasion, fading, rot and mildew. Water repellent and quick drying. High tensile strength and tear resistance.
